Terms & Conditions

  • These terms define the general rules for accessing and using this website. All information, images, and products are the property of FOHOW.
  • Users agree to use the information only for lawful purposes and to comply with the company's applicable policies and regulations.

User Agreement

  • Users who register for an account (F$ Account) agree to provide accurate and complete information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for all transactions made under your account.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange / Warranty / Refund Policy

  • Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled before they move to the "In Transit" status.
  • Exchange, return, and refund requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping. Products must remain sealed and in original condition. Refunds will be credited to the F$ account or bank account within 7-14 business days after the returned goods are received.
  • Warranty: Devices such as the Meridian Massager are covered by the official warranty terms stated on the included warranty card.

Consumer Complaint Resolution Policy

  • We are committed to resolving consumer complaints within 7 business days.
  • Process: Complaint received via hotline or email, information verified, fair and transparent resolution provided, and customer satisfaction confirmed.

Direct Selling Terms & Conditions

  • All FOHOW distributors and members must strictly comply with the Code of Business Ethics.
  • Undercutting prices, making inaccurate health or treatment claims, and improperly soliciting customers are strictly prohibited.

Order Form for Direct Sellers

  • Distributors place orders through the internal management system.
  • Sales volume (PV/F$) is automatically updated in the system for active cycle calculation, promotion rewards, and real-time branch commissions.

Payment Policy

  • We support secure payment methods including e-wallets, cash, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and internal F$ wallet payments.
  • All transactions are encrypted and protected according to international security standards.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours. Standard delivery time is 2-5 business days, depending on the delivery area.
  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the logistics partner's rate table. Customers may inspect the package with the courier before accepting delivery.
